REGULATION (EU) No 524/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

The ODR Regulation will apply from 9 January 2016 to the out-of-court settlement of disputes (ADR) whereby consumers resident in the Union can act against traders established in the Union and vice versa .
